liked it

well, im starting to think that series has been two books too long...

yet again, heres another filler book. i would say only about 50 pages of this are actually vital to the plot progression and story. the other 300 feels like mafi writing fanfiction of her own books. she is really milking this story and dragging it out as long as she can, i guess.

the only reason i didnt hate this is because i still really enjoy the characters. i know im the only person on this planet who prefers adam over warner, so i wish this had more of him. but warner fans will be over the moon with this installment (which totally should have been a side novella, but hey, what do i know?).

Iliana Matute Same I gave 2 starts to the one before this 🤔 I don't even remember the name.
And this one I don't know if I would read it .

AttWaq Adam over Warner!
Wow

jessica iliana - aw, man. sorry to hear that this series is a let down for you!

attwaq - right?! lol.

Sara Agreed! I was hoping for some intense action but only got 80% filler chapters

jessica yesss! and i even thought the ‘action parts were anti-climactic. it was such a let down! :/

It's nice to see someone with a different perspective.

jessica that is the beauty of goodreads! :)

Laura If you could, would you go back in time and choose not to read the last two books?

jessica yeah, probably? i think it ended just fine after the third one and im not really sure where everything is going now or why.

have you read any of the books?

jessica you know, its interesting that you say that because i also thought warner was acting a little out of charcter, but then i convinced myself i was just misremembering him. maybe not!

AttWaq Isabella wrote: "Honestly? Before this I was Warner over Adam 100% but Warner seemed SUPER out of character in this book and I wish we got more of Adam because I’m starting to prefer him over Warner. This book let ..."

Yeah, Warner's character was so different. He wasn't the confident, independent, charming (maybe still a bit) guy that was shown in the previous book.

jessica yeahhh. he felt way too lovey-dovey to me. not that i didnt enjoy it, it just felt very out of character for warner.

Tami You are not alone, I'm right there with you, Adam over Warner 😌

Remy I liked the built up until restore me. After that, it was just not that great anymore..I only read it because I enjoyed Kenji so much 🙈

Bibliobibuli007 omgggg, me too, I prefer Adam over Warner

Addi Hernandez Ok so I think the author did such a great job of having us fall in love with Adam and Juliet and also hating Aaron that I can’t get onboard with Aaron and Juliet/Ella. And totally like a soap opera with killing the villain and then oh no he is still alive. And there was way too much intimate interactions with Aaron and Ella…I just wanted to skip over all of it.

Ghizlene I prefer adam too ur not the only one
