Oh my gosh I gave this 5 stars. I listened to the audiobook though. Not sure if that made a difference?

Awww bummer! Hopefully, your next read is better for ya!
I ended up reading the dramatsation of this after I could not bring myself to pick up the book again was much better plus only 2.5 hours so got through it in no time. Ended up making it an enjoyable read/listen, although movie is a million times better.
