A Discovery of a Crappy Book. This book is terrible. Why oh why were the stupid witches discovered. Here is the plot:

Day One.

I went to the library. I am a witch; he is a vampire. I shouldn't love him. But he is so cold and I am so hot for him. I had lunch and did some yoga.

Day Two.

I went to the library. Some people may or may not have been there, and they may or may not have been magical. I am a witch; he is a vampire. I shouldn't love him. But he is so cold and I am so hot for him. I had lunch and did some yoga.

Day Three.

I went to the library. Some people may or may not have been there, and they may or may not have been magical. Today's book glowed when I touched it. I am a witch. He is a vampire. I shouldn't love him. But he is so cold and I am so hot for him. I had lunch and did some yoga.

This is seriously like the first 200 pages of the book. The rest doesn't get any better.

Jane Wait till you get to the 'science' part, i.e. DNA. It seems all paranormal stories have to mix in a little bit of science nowadays, but this was so ridiculous that I laughed hysterically.

And once you get to the second half of the book, you'll find that Diana devolves into some sniveling teen who just can't bear to apart from her vampire love for one minute.

I did think there were some good ideas in the book, but it really needed a good editor. Maybe half the length, i.e. leave out most of the yoga and talk of black pants, and fix the awful prose.

Valerie Accurate.

Monica Well said Steve.

Julie Oh man, I'm still laughing out loud. Hilarious, and so true!

Tam Funniest review ever! I've told friends this is the plot line, but they don't believe me. They'll be sorry...

Rachel Cz snorts- oh dear! Your review made me lol!

Sze Yen Deborah should have used your review in her book excerpt so that it doesn't mislead future readers with her vampire and witch romance.

Kellie Macaloon Exactly my thoughts. This was an awful and boring book, but it came highly recommended, which is so disappointing to me.

Christina Carroll you know, despite the fact that I am really enjoying this book, this is like the most accurate review out there.

Amanda Sledz yes, this nails it. I've just abandoned it, because it seems like being trapped in someone's day planner. I don't run into vampires or daemons on the daily, and my life is still more interesting than this. So, so boring.

Shauna I was on the fence as to whether or not I should read this book. This review sealed the deal. Thank you for saving me.

²Ñá°ù¾±²¹ Exactly. B-category sh*t

Veronica I wish I had braved spoilers and read reviews before spending 10 months slowly forcing myself through this Mary Sue fanfic trash. I've never regretted reading a book as much as this one, and if I'd ever read Twilight or 50 Shades of Gray I'd probably burn this one together with them.

Judy Schlotter I'm on page 318. Great assessment of the beginnings of this tale. Though bored, I kept reading. This is a new genre for me. I thought I just needed to settle in with it. I am determined to finish it. I saw the first season episodic on "cable" channel BEFORE I picked up the book. Even then, the series seemed a "foreign" time sink for me. I am DETERMINED to finish Volume I of this series. Then I will decide whether to begin Volume II, book first, live action series after. Call me crazy. I'm not an avid reader through the years. I want to be. Trying to figure out my strengths and weaknesses for selecting material & moving on from boring material.
