My DNF streak continues with another highly anticipated release that I am just not clicking with.
I expected something literary but so far it's a lot of uninteresting history about a recently deceased Sylvie and people going through her house talking about what is in her cupboards. WTF?

It’s definitely a different pace to her other work. I listened to the audio and although it was a lot quieter than she’s previously written, I found it infinitely relatable. One of the characters strongly reminded me of my mother, and my parents� stage of life.

I have the ebook on reserve due 26th of June (!!!!!) so I might pick it up where I left off.
