What a mess of a story!! It was all over the place, characters didn't help either, and the author added some magical touch to it which made it weird and boring. :|

This book then is no shining example of a magical realism book. I thought you would like these kind of surrealism books.

I too thought that I would like it but this surreal magical realm wasn't for me.
