Bird Box was a hit for me.. a five star read!
This one was just ok in my opinion.
It started out good and then... meh..
Bird Box was just so intense and fast moving....
not this one!

Karen, I've wondered about this one since I also loved Bird Box. I've been content without a sequel and I think I'll keep it that way. Sorry it was a miss.

Sorry this didn't live up to Bird Box, although I never read it, it sounded too 'thrilling' for me, but am disappointed for you that this wasn't as good. Terrific review, Karen!

Sorry it was a disappointment. I watched Bird Box - it did nothing for me, but those kind of movies/series/books usually don't. I hope your next one is at least a 4-star read.

100% agree with you, this was not in the same league as Bird Box at all.
