I think this book was very much too heterosexual for my liking. Jesus was obviously a closeted bisexual. God really didn't resonate with me too well, throughout the book I resorted to calling him sky daddy. Horrible book, wish I could give it zero stars.

I absolutely agree. All of the homosexual tension in this was too much, there’s no way God was straight. I think that it would have been better if God & Jesus ended up together. I don’t know, I might be the only one who thinks that. I, too, wish I could rate this zero stars. Worst book I have ever read in my entire life. I tried to give it a second chance, but it made me cringe so much, I just had to stop. I do not recommend this book at all.

I also wasn't very fond of all the perspective changes. There also wasn't a lot of character development, nor a solid sense of time.
