Rare instance where the movie is better than the book.
i read this years ago with the intention of watching the movie... still havent seen it. 🙈
I went to a conference and Chuck Palahniuk presented and he is just as weird in person as in his books.
hahaha. omg. i can believe that.
Ok, so now you have to check out Rant for his longer fiction or else “Haunted� for short. Haunted has a frame story about a bunch of people in a house who have all written stories...whatever. Some of the stories are outstanding though.
ohhh, rant sounds really good. FC is the only book i have read of his, so im definitely interested in picking up more of his stuff. thanks for the recommendations, josh!! :)

It is my absolute favorite movie and I have tried to read the book for at least 20 years, now. I could never finish it...BUT, I was the same way with Catcher In The Rye. I LOATHED that book until I decided to give it another try. I read the book in one sitting. So, maybe this will be that way. I do LOVE the film, though.
The contexts are repeated every few layers of pages, it seems this is a mechanical move of Mr. Palahniuk.
I just finished reading this and I have no idea how to review it. 😂 But I tried my best with my review and I think I gave a bit of a spoiler. 😬
