waaay more character depth in this one and this book really made me emotionally connect to Lily cuz she's actually very vulnerable, shy, nerdy, a bit dorky, and honestly, she's the LITERAL definition of a "lost puppy".
i also like how she's now aware of her toxic behavior and she's trying her best to change. ugh love character development.
and DAISY + RYKE tho!!!

when she jumped off a 40 ft cliff and Ryke jumped after her? yes.
anywho im just glad i read this because there's more depth to lily's character and you can see how hard she's trying to overcome her addiction while also struggling through it. i really got to know her character more, both good AND bad side which i appreciate cuz the first book just focused more on the bad side.
