The book is gorgeous! You should see the pictures! And there are plenty of information and some meal plans. Really brilliant. And I’m a meat lover. I have tried many vegetarians and vegan restaurants and I’ve been mesmerized by the creativity. This chef is amazing! I have all of his books except the dessert one.

Thanks Tina! I’m not sure about the healthy factor (lots of butter and cream) lol 😂 but the yummy factor is for real!
