Buddy Read with my lovely friend, Vickie 😘 I had so much fun text reading this with her!
First and foremost, a big shout-out to Mrs. Danvers and a few other twats.
I absolutely loved this book. It was atmospheric. It was sad. It made me mad. It was utterly delicious and had me on the edge of my seat at the same time. Just when you think things are one way, they are not!! I was shocked at the twist and also totally delighted. Hmm, I wonder what that says about me 🤔
I loved these characters with all my heart, of course my favorite being the new Mrs. I felt so bad for her and wanted to protect her with a passion. I wanted to smack so many people for their deplorable actions. Either way, I throughly enjoyed it!

💕I’ve got this beautiful used edition! It even has someone’s name in it! I love old stuff and I wonder who that person is! Any of my close friends out there find any old used written up or whatever books, send them my way 😉

I just read this and gave it 5 stars. It's now on my favorites shelf.
They have the Audible on sale. Uggg, so many of my friends love it but I told myself not to buy books before reading them first. I love the narrator too. We shall see. Audible library!
I already had the audible and the paperback so I did a read-along. 😊
