it was ok

This modern day American fable has a surface as hard as polished stone. Ms. Lacey created an atmosphere and did not go below the surface. Pew arrives in town and we are meant to view the townsfolk and ourselves reflected in Pew's enigma. It never went beyond the surface for me. All the characters are two dimensional. This is an idea in search of a story. Half baked.

Kitty Well, I for one are going to take to heart your review and unhold this book at the library. Too many books, too little time.

Rachel Hi Kitty
I know what you mean about so many books and so little time.
Happy Holidays
Rachel
