Okay 🥰 This was a super cute, commoner turned princess, story. I was reminiscent of The Princess Diaries throughout. ❤️ It’s definitely predictable, but also very enjoyable. Definitely worth picking up! 👍

Lesa T My 8 year old niece desperately wants to read this .... is it appropriate for her age?

There is a bar/drinking scene and some kissing. But mostly, I just don't think it would hold her interest. I have a 9 year old and I don't think she's ready to read a book like this yet.
