The ultimate goth girl and nature boy meet cute in a charming series of vignettes chronicling their relationship. The goth girl is a vampire and nature boy turns into a very adorable wolf once a month but hey every relationship has its difficulties.
There isn't much of a story here per se except for the natural (or I guess unnatural) course of these two crazy kids navigating their love story. Sarah Andersen's lovely, hipsterish pen and ink drawing is precise and elegant and conveys a surprising depth of feeling for the subject matter. Her writing is also charming and gently witty, never nasty or catty despite the slightly vicious nature of her murderous heroine.
I hope these two make it!
