Chymist (The Coelacanth Project, #2)

Book 2 of the Coelacanth Project brought us deeper into Nautilus and even more confused about what the Coelacanth Project is and why it's so important. Lives are lost, hearts are broken and so many lies are told you don't know who to trust.
In Book 2 we find Natalie struggling with placing the blame for everything that has gone wrong on herself, which is a dangerous game to play. Without much guidance and puzzle pieces being added to her pile almost daily, lines blur and nothing makes sense.
Author Newland kept me on my toes as Natalie, Leo and friends raced across the pages trying to figure out what seemed like a million secrets before time ran out on their parent's lives and whatever mysterious future that lay hidden just beyond their reach.
I am excited to see how this all continues in Book 3!
