This needs five stars and more. I learnt so much while also feeling heartbroken for what they lived through. It was enlightening and informative, it really showed me so much I didn’t know. The research interwoven in the family’s story made it a brilliant read.

Teresa That's unthinkable!!

Nina (ninjasbooks) I know, it doesn’t happen that often I’m sure!

Linda Rae Agreed! The story was incredible, sad and fascinating at the same time. And that picture on the front -- just goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover.

Christy fictional_traits Great review. I’m intrigued!

Nina (ninjasbooks) Absolutely not, Linda! This is really a good one and the cover doesn’t do it justice. Thank you Christy!

Rachel Hanes I feel like I need to re-read this book. It is definitely mind boggling that one family can go through this. There was lots of research in this book. So glad you enjoyed this one too! (Although you liked it a bit more than I did).

Nina (ninjasbooks) Yes, fortunately I think it’s pretty rare :)
