ok so it took me a while to actually get into this. i was stuck on chapter 3 for like 3 days and didn’t wanna give it the time of day but then i did. And for the most part i enjoyed it.
it was actually pretty light hearted compared to other books by penelope douglas but i really think i would’ve enjoyed this book even more had it not taken place in high school.
literally why? i don’t understand the reason for that. in my opinion it would’ve slapped if the setting was in college or higher.
the second i gave it a chance again, i couldn’t put it down. it was a quick and fun read. AND those Corrupt (Devil’s Night Series) appearances?!? omfg loved that.
and yeah i guess i get the hype over misha lare now ❤️�

i’m in highschool so i…i liked that part 😩. but it id targeted to adults so i get why it’s off but…🌝�
Agreed! Especially when you’re older and reading this it feels highly unlikely idk
I also found it really strange that they were in high school... it didnt seem to fit, i think the book would've been better if they were in unibut then i understand how some of the plot revolves around them being in high school sooo...

Omg I was stuck on chapter 3 too I couldn’t get past it but I was just reading and now I’m kind of into it lol
I struggled reading this book at the start too, I was getting really bored and it was really easy to put down it took me ages to finish. I think the idea behind the plot was good but yet i’m not sure if it was executed as well as I expected it to be. However, I did enjoy it towards the very end
Honestly speaking , I hated this book, it just didn't make sense that they never looked each other up on social media . And she kept on going back to him even though he called her a cheap whore! It was sex without a plot
