For a book about heartbreak.. it oddly makes you feel warm and fuzzy.
This is hands down the best book in the series, despite the lack of Edward (in my opinion). I still wish Stephenie Meyer would someday write this one from Edward's perspective. I need to know what was going through his mind, how was he coping, what was he doing. So many possibilities😩

I want Edward's perspective on this one so bad because he talks about how he was trying to track Victoria and I think that would just be so interesting. And when Bella "blacks out" in the Fall, I want to know either what he does or how long he "blacks out" in return. I also love the idea of him becoming his more vampiric self, a slave to his instincts kind of like Jake does in between Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I feel like it could be such a cool story!

It holds so much potential, I can't believe she's not even going to explore it even as a novella 😭
We never know. She released 100 pages of Midnight Sun back in 2009 and then didn't released it until a decade later so... there's always hope!

This is an amazing review! The warm fuzzies for me come from anticipation because of Edward coming back! I literally count down to chapter 20 when Bella sees him again. And, yes, we need it from Edwards's perspective!
