Oh, I totally agree- I'm in a whole FB group dedicated to rats/twilight fans and they are some of the funniest ppl in the world. I only meant that it's been a long time and I still love it so much and sits on the 'favorites' area on my shelves.

You know what brought on me even starting this series? First, let me explain that I thought I was a cool girl or something and never understood why Bella would pick Edward over Jacob bc I thought Jake was better looking.

At the time I was obsessed with Fifty Shades so my friend said I'll make you a deal - you read Twilight and I'll read FSOG and we'll compare. I ended up LOVING Twilight and I got the Edward love and she loved FSOG. I know both series get a lot of flack now but back then it was life.

When do you typically do your annual? I'm thinking I might very much like to join you on either book 1 or 4. Those are my favorites of course. It really has a special place in my heart too- to whole scenery and the misty and rainy Washington. Charlie. Vamps. Forests- bc obv trees. Alice. I mean, there is really so much to love. 鉂�

I'm glad I'm not alone - idk if it's an unpopular opinion or not but I really do think Jacob is much more attractive. The problem I had was the shirtless and in jean shorts for the whole damn movies lmao like what?? I don't even remember if it's like that in the books- it's been a while. But that was so damn cringe. Hahaha

It was really nice, because I read something so much sooner than maybe I would have and she read something maybe she never would have. Unfortunately I don't have many IRL friends who read like that anymore- one of the reasons I love GR so much!
