it was amazing
bookshelves: europe, non-fiction, travel

The tone of this book was awesome. A little self-deprecation goes a long way. I am now super-excited to go to Dublin. Will have to get this book again closer to our trip...

Marisa Ooooh, when are you going to Dublin?

Tamara September! Part of my Turning 30 Europe trip. We're going to hit Dublin, Paris and Venice, with a possible day trip to London.

My GoodReads will be littered with travel books for the next 8 months and yours will be littered with baby books. Isn't it crazy how our bookshelves reflect our lives? :)

Jodi I'm jealous! The Let's Go series are also good as well, both are aimed more at those who don't have tons of $$$.

Susan I love Dublin (and London and Paris--never been to Venice..another trip yet to come!) I spent most of a morning in Dun Laoghire (waiting for David to find his way to the car hire and back) talking to the son of our B&B landlady. The tea is wonderful! We've found Trip Advisor to be a good way to find lodging...
