What can I say Not my jam. I DO love classic Agatha, but this found me waiting, waiting, waiting (yawn) for Daisy Darker’s terrible secret as family members were soooo slowly (wait-it was hourly!) being murdered.
Creep factor was kind of tired- the old house on the hill, family trapped for hours and I found the characters equally so. Rose, Lily and Daisy were more caricatures in a laboured plot; whodunnit? Yes, the board game Clue was mentioned. This was much less fun for me.
I think that I’d stopped paying attention by the time the “astonishing ending developed.
Many one-liners which were quite precious initially.
I’ll defer to the masses who loved it- but only a 2.5 star read for me. One review suggested that the Agatha comparison- which wooed me to pick this up- was a bit off the cliff. I agree.

Glad that your time spent with the audio version made it more worthy- a movie script treatment might spice it up! As I get longer in the tooth and have read so much, it takes a lot to impress maybe my problem, at times.
