i'll never see bunnies the same way again and i absolutely hate it. also when you read the title and blurb of this book and then actually read the content and story? i actually have to laugh.

but i thought this quote summed up this book perfectly, cause it's so ridiculous i couldn't believe my eyes.

honestly justice for Michael and that alien broccoli, cause they were done so dirty by this book. 😩
bestie found JTG's inspiration for the alien broccoli and i think it's the perfect fancast.
moreover, let's see what else i found about these "broccoloids" villains from the powerpuff girls: "the broccoloids are an alien race of sentient broccoli. they try to control earthlings by putting mind control spores in their veggies. somewhat disturbingly, the powerpuff girls achieve victory by eating the broccoloids."
now it makes even more sense. Michael was protecting the earth from these strong ass broccolis and Kayla that ungrateful bish didn't understand. 😭

Talk about dividing the GR community. I enjoyed this book BUT agreed write a blurb that actually matches the story.
See I think the blurb perfectly matched the story given the fact that the story teller was...unreliable (so hard writing comments that don't spoil things haha)

@Phuong - Don't feel bad. I've already read that this book doesn't have a conventional HEA and I'm a sucker for happy endings. So I don't want to take the risk. At least for now. Maybe next year 😂.
I read a lot of the reviews, a lot not so great like this. But I’m glad I still went ahead and read it. It may not be some readers cup of tea but we all have different tastes. I absolutely loved the story. It was like no other book I’ve ever read. It does have a HEA but not in a way everyone expects. I wouldn’t depend on reviews just go in blind and read it.
But the cover page and content don’t match at all!!! 😂
