its weird i loved it in a way? but also didn't like some parts? i originally rated it 3.5 stars but felt like that was way too low for such a strong book.
honestly, the thing that threw me off was the fact that each character had like 5 different names. i got so lost trying to remember who is who that when all the plot twists started happening, i was like? WHO??
i would do a full review but... i don't fucking remember anything already. i feel like i'd need to reread this 3 more times for everything to stick.
i also don't know how i feel about the ending, i'm feeling weird about it but also in a good way? I DONT KNOW LEave mE ALOnE. below are spoilers for the ending :

I loved this book especially the plot twists. Some of them I did not see coming! ( specially with Danika) But I did not see how the ending will make sense! She has widened the world of this series and ACOTAR. Personally I liked this book better than her other two works
This is the exact review I would have written. I feel like I panic read it and I’ll like it more after reading again. There were so many twists? Like every other chapter that I was no longer shock and surprised. I was like okay that’s enough. Very upset that cat aidas wasn’t really cat aidas 😭 i think knowing the ending made me so excited to get there that all the filler was pissing me off.
No hate to ACOTAR because I adored that series but I was really excited to have a totally separate world/e series, so in the end when it was Rhysand I was like really�.. we can’t do ANYTHING without him? 🤨 I want CC3 to be CC3 not another ACOTAR

Aaand you're so right about the kinda sci-fi ending,I thought that too especially with all the talk about different planets and solar systems and so on.
Once in a while I like sci fi but "Fae in Space" sounds like a reeeaaally niche genre lmao
Riggghht? I don't know how to feel about the whole dimensional thing. It just doesn't go with the book, i feel like.
Also I forgot most of the cc1 plot & i hate rr books and fortunately found a very detailed plot summary and branded it to my brain
So it was kinda easy for me to glide through the book. Thank God I did. Or else wouldn't have enjoyed cc2 as much
