I mean how could she write this and do nothing for that poor girl?

About the issue with her son, she was told by her lawyer not to speak about it to ANYONE outside of the court room. It could come back to bite her later on if she did and could have been a breach in contract. Especially if she came to an agreement with the other parent to remain silent during court.
At least, that’s what I heard.
