3.5 stars

This book was honestly much more fun than I expected. I listened to 6 hours while commuting a few days ago and it was easy to get lost in the book thanks to the writing. Whenever I saw this book on Libby, I honestly thought "not that book again". I finally decided to listen to the audio since it was only 9 hours.
It wasn't much of a mystery, the thriller part of the book takes place at the end of the book. I won't say I saw it coming or didn't because I wasn't making any effort honestly (I become a mostly passive reader when listening to audiobooks sadly) but I found it okay and not disappointing.

I also liked that the characters are gray, even Jane. There's no "good" person to completely root for. I rated 3 stars because it's a fun book but just that. Not memorable and I didn't connect to the characters.

The audiobook was well done and featured three different narrators. I would recommend it if you're looking for a light thriller to listen to on a road trip!

ÓË¥R²¹³¦³ó±ð±ôÓË¥ I agree, this was entertaining, but no "good" person to root for.
