did not like it

DNF Got to almost halfway and just couldn’t stand to read anymore. Meandering plot and characters, writer shallowly invested in any of them. Once a storyline picks up for one, they shift to another and don’t return for a long while or at all. Disjointed at best story that shifts between characters and time at random.

Jan Patetta Me too. Also, too much medical information. I did skim to the end to see what happened.

Allie Anderson If you had finished the book you would have seen that the characters all tie back in together at the end.

Jane Ayers I agree entirely. The repetitive creatively violent deaths were also a huge turnoff.

Kristen Freiburger Why did they strip your likes away? Happened to me as well.so suspicious 🤨

Betty I said the exact same thing

message 7: by Joan (new)

Joan Hunter Could not finish- too tedious to read- too descriptive and too wordy. I would have given it 3 stars since there were some riveting sections, but not enough.

Emily ✨🌿🎨 This is exactly what’s happening for me. I’m about half way and I just don’t think I can do it So many words and so little spark.

Ashley Isaac This is exactly how I feel

Angela McConachie I am going follow you because we seem to have the same taste in books. 250k and 4.43. I am shocked. I did finish and it gets a tad better about 75% through then crashes again. Just horrible characters and plot development, the story just kept wandering.

Sriha S I mean, you didn't get to the point in the book where the storylines converge, so obviously it's disjointed?

Natalia Alejandra It’s like when you can’t find the “jump to recipe button. Maddening
