Percy Jackson is a consistently good series that gets better with each book as the storyline develops, questions get answered and more mysteries are revealed. This story deals with the Greek myth of the labyrinth, and in a very creative way. I like how Riordan takes the myths and has created a novel story on top of it. It's full of laughs, but also some very poignant moments. And it seems like things are getting quite dark as the series progresses. Always great to hang out with Percy, Annabelle, Grover, Tyson, and the other Demigod kids. And yes, there is a minotaur, sort of. One of my favorite JV/Middle Grade series. The audiobook narrator Jesse Burnstein always does a good job.
