Adam You have indeed mentioned Dune in the past. The Butlerian Jihad in the encyclopedia is closer to my vision of what happened (a bunch of people just up and decided they were better off without computers, and forced that notion on everyone else) versus the nonsense in the prequels (Robopocalypse!).
