D I stopped watching regularly at season 4 and now only skim the episodes but I am a huge fan of The Originals ;)

Yup, I totally agree. I read this when I was high off twilight back in '09 and was looking for other YA vampire novels. However it took me a really long time to finish this book, I got angrier and more frustrated by the second because nothing interesting was happening. I just barely got through it without DNF so at least that's a plus (I think).

Oh. My. God.

And here I thought she's already a glittery, one of a kind, speshul snowflake. The author had to make her an even more of a mary sue, how annoying is that smh. Thanks for the warning Sa. Considering this is the author's most successful series, I'd definitely not be checking out her other works.
