Vio It was an amazing story.

Julio Genao totally

Kynthos-the-Archer (Kyn) I've seen the movie wayyyy back then and always wondered about the book and had just added it on my TBR a day or two ago. I can't really remember exactly what happened in that movie.

Julio Genao thank god for small mercies

Kynthos-the-Archer (Kyn) Tat bad huh? lol

Julio Genao it was pretty intense. the movie killed me, too

Kynthos-the-Archer (Kyn) I bet it's a book that would put your heart through a grinder. Which was better? The book or the movie?

Julio Genao probably the movie. the book got a little dry a couple places.

Kynthos-the-Archer (Kyn) I see. So for this one the movie is the winner. :) I might attempt to re-watch it then. Thanks.

Heather K (dentist in my spare time) Now I'm wondering how my ass would taste sashimi style. Thanks for that... I guess....

:P

Julio Genao i live to serve

Julio Genao *appalled*

Karma鈾ites ^.~ *hungry*

Julio Genao *flees*

Karma鈾ites ^.~ *considers checking flight schedule into LaGuardia*
*reaches for choco-covered biscotti instead*

Julio Genao *is relieved*

thank god for biscotti...

Leah God I love you! I must've stared at that damn cat for three minutes while giggling like a loon.

Julio Genao heh. it's the best cat ever, right? the internet is awesome

A Random Writer I love this book second time reading it though it can be slow at times.

Julio Genao i don't doubt that knowing how it all turns out can probably kill a bit of the suspense on a second read

DrKmW It is too bad that you read the book so young. The idea of eating human flesh is quite repulsive to most people. However, some extreme situations might make it more palatable. The tragic situation confronting the survivors of the crash explains the reasons for breaking the taboo of cannibalism. One may disagree with their decision. Nevertheless, some questions deserve reflection. 鈥淎live鈥 does this.

Federico DN Probably salty.

Kelly Kosinski I read this in high school, because of their will to live, they were treated like lepers. People could not relate. I understood completely after reading of their horrific situation.
