But the rest of the story is the important part of the book. What kind of a person was Angel Deverell, and how did she spend the rest of her life? How did she use her celebrity as a famous author?

Well, you'll just have to read the book. But it may not go the way you expect. Angel is quite a character.... ;)

I enjoyed this one! It was unusual, not what I expected. But I always like Elizabeth Taylor's books and her writing style. I will definitely be reading more of her!
