This was definitely a twisty and unhinged thriller. The protagonist is an intriguing character, I felt sympathetic toward her, but I also found her tendency to push boundaries and not know when to stop frustrating. She obsesses and stalks, yet somehow remains likable. This is a difficult balance to achieve, but the author pulled it off well. That said, her many questionable actions did annoy me at times.

The mystery had several layers with multiple people involved. Some parts were predictable, while others genuinely surprised me. Overall, it was an entertaining story, but it didn’t completely wow me. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t say I loved it, which is why I didn’t rate this any higher.

Elizabeth “Twisty and unhinged just made me take it off my tbr. I’ve read too many of those lately!

Alix Haha yeah I think you could possibly argue that there are too many twists with this one.

Katelyn Lane I really enjoyed the twists, but Rosie had me wanting to bash my head into a wall. I could see if she was like 22, not 30-something

Alix Yeah she def didn’t act like a 30-something.
