What to Expect:

�� Adam’s POV

This Novella did not need to exist. I could have accepted it as a Prologue or an Epilogue, but there is not enough substance here to warrant a Novella. My rating is probably unfairly low because I am lumping my thoughts on Juliette’s Journals in with this review and I LOATHE Juliette’s Journals. Why would the author put me through that again?! That was cruel and unusual punishment, especially since I’m committed to reading the entire series including all the extras this time around.

I know you all hate Adam, but at least up to this point, I really don’t. I agree that he is not the right guy for Juliette, but if I was picking a guy for myself, Adam would probably have my vote. Aaron is a few shades too far past morally gray for my taste and Adam frankly has more to lose. He has a little brother that he views almost like a son to consider and take care of and I think it’s admirable that he hasn’t set aside his responsibility to him for Juliette. She can’t be his only priority the way she can be for Aaron and frankly, after being so indecisive and hooking up with Aaron on the side, she doesn’t deserve that kind of loyalty from Adam. 💁🏼‍♀��

This series has reminded me how much I hate love triangles. I hope she picks a team in the next book because “why choose�� novels are not for me. 😅
