This set of poems was very dark and sad with the ending providing a hint of happiness and growth. However, I struggled as an avid poetry lover to connect with the overwhelming negative relationship themes presented as someone who is happily married. I would have loved to see the thunder section have been the negative and the daisy section have fully been about growth.
