This book is absolute garbage. I admit I checked it out of the library because the title got my attention. It is nothing more than a not-so-thinly veiled commercial for veganism. If you want to be a vegan, that's great but you don't need to refer to the rest of society as "fat, lazy pigs." Really?? The authors are idiots too. I saw them on a talk show back when it was released, and they were talking about how writing this book changed their lives. The one was setting, "oh yeah, we used to not care about the environment at all. I would east fast food on my car, throwing trash out the window. Now, I don't even eat fast good." They are just a waste of human life, basically.
