Oops noticed I referred to ‘The Client.� It was’’The Firm.� But Tom Cruise was in it😉
Sad to say first Grisham I didn’t warm to. This was the follow up to ‘The Client� and the great Tom Cruise film. But unfortunately this was nowhere near as good.
Started off a bit like my last read ‘The Chamber.� With Mitch McDeere about to represent a man on death row. Then a kidnapping in Libya. Couldn’t get engaged or feel for Mitch or the victim and wanted to finish the book quickly…to get it out of the way.
The good news is I have many Grisham’s to read and will continue to do so. I suppose a poor Grisham is better than some other Authors😉
