I'm really curious about this book, been thinking of getting it for some time. Interested to see what you think.

At first I didn't think I was going to like it but as it moved along it began to creep up on me and then once it hit its stride I was swept away.
Ha! Every time I see someone rate this, I think of David. Maybe Chris will write a review that finally gets me to read this....
David's screed is hilarious. Unfortunately he didn't get the traction and following he hoped for. Stoner is on my read shelf. BTW, I only pay attention to David's 1- and 5-star ratings. Books at either of his emotional extrema are highly readable, for whatever reason. Thanks Chris; thanks David.
Maybe I'll review it if I ever get time. I think it's possible that both of us are right, David.
Knowing your reading preferences, Mike, I think there's actually a decent chance you wouldn't like it but my gut says it would be in the 4-5 star range for you.
