Peter Krol Yes, he addresses the perennial issue in business (and elsewhere) where each person is most concerned with guarding his own "territory," rather than looking to the good of the entire team/company/organization. Most of the book takes the form of a story the author tells to illustrate the points. Then he ends with a short section explaining the material in more direct format.
