20 embarrassingly bad book covers for classics. The Scarlet Pimpernel has to be the best.

Have to agree the the Scarlet Pimpernel makes no sense; Turn of the Screw looked like a primer for plumbers; Huck Finn must have had some adventures that we didn't know about; The Princess Bride looks like Jane Fonda in "Barbarella"; and the Wizard of Oz resembles H.G.Wells' "War of the Worlds". I love things that are so bad that they're good!!!!

Even worse, they didn't even depict a screw, it was a nut.
