Fury by Laurann Dohner- A cover worth fanning yourself over....

Compromising Positions by Jenna Bayley-Burke- Hmm what’s sexier than a yoga class about the kama sutra. Actually despite the subject matter this book is pretty tame. I wasn’t sure what you comfort level was with Erotica. So to remedy this I have 3 recommendations in this category over my typical two. This one and the first are tamish.

The Perfect Play by Burton, Jaci- This book is a bit more explicit and the cover is to die for.


Ghirardelli Chocolate:
Captive in the Dark by C.J. Roberts- This book was so intense it gave me a case of Stockholm syndrome.

Gabriel's Inferno by Reynard, Sylvain- Another intense book that left me needing a chocolate bar..


Tootsie Pop:
The Silver Linings Playbook by Quick, Matthew- Hmmm so you didn’t have anything that was 6 months old so I decided to go with the oldest which is this one.

Slave by Hayes, Sherri- This book has been on my TBR list for the last 3 years. Want to buddy read it with me?

The Bride by Julie Garwood- So I noticed that you didn’t really have any historical romance books and I believe this book is the perfect introduction into the genre. In addition it is written by a wonderful author who I am utterly addicted too.

Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews- This is the first book in a great series. It is a paranormal a romance series.

Skittles:
Cry Wolf by Briggs, Patricia- So I have never actually read a LGBT book so I had to go with colorful cover instead. Anyways this book is about shifters and the start to a great series.

The Girl Who Chased the Moon by Allen, Sarah Addison- Her books always leave me happy.


Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups:
The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen- I noticed that you had a few of her books on your TBR list and in my opinion this is the best books she has written.

Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen- This is one of my favorite books and I always recommend it to people who haven’t read it yet. She also has other great books so if you like this one I suggest you check of The Girl Who Chased the Moon as well.


Twix:
Catching Fire by Collins, Suzanne- You seemed to like the first book. Hopefully you will like the second one as well.

Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James- Oh Christine...


Laffy Taffy:
Rock Chick by Ashley, Kristen- A fun read by one of my favorite authors.

Talk Me Down by Dahl, Victoria- A nice fluffy read about an erotica author and a sexy cop.

I hope you like the books I chose for you, I tried to pick books from your list that I have some personal experience. I hope you enjoy my recommendations.

1. Hot Tamales: is hot! This series gets better with each book and Larissa Ione doesn't disappoint with Wraith's book.

2. Ghirardelli Chocolate: was emotional. I love Chess and Terrible. This book was my second favorite in the series, but you will definitely be biting your nails since you can't give Chess and Terrible the hug they so desperately need.

3. Tootsie Pop: has been on your TBR since Nov. 2011 (as it has also languished on mine). It's time to cross it off the list. I have heard good things about it, I just haven't listened to it yet, so I can't co-sign the praise.

4. ²Ñ&²¹³¾±è;²Ñ’s: is the series I am currently reading with some GR friends and we love this book. It more of a Suspense/Thriller with some romance. The plot follows two law enforcement officers as they try to find a serial killer. So the emphasis was on the crime and the journey to find the bad guy, and the romance was secondary and very "vanilla", which is good for someone new to the glbt genre. This is the 3rd m-m series that I have tried and I highly recommend it.

5. Skittles: was a really good, emotional m-m read. It is one of my favorite books, and it was only my second m-m series ever (as I am new to the genre). But I highly recommend this book as Amy Lane wrote a great story.

6. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups: . Every book in the series is good, and they still keep the story cohesive with the other Mackenzie brothers. I am up to book 5.

7. Twix: Life in Fusion: is the book 2 of the Gamblers series. I loved this book and I love Lisa Kleypas. This book was so different from book 1, but I found it to be just as good. I hope you do too.

8. Laffy Taffy: is a funny book. I enjoyed it. It was light, entertaining and well written. It was a welcomed read after reading a heavily UF book. If I had to rank my recommendations to you, this one would be my top choice for you to read.

1. Hot Tamales: Connected - Haven't read this one myself, but that cover looks pretty hot.

2. Ghiradelli Chocolate: Darkfever - I just read this book the other day and I'm certainly hooked! I think it's time for you to sink your teeth into this series. :)

3. Tootsie Pop: Wicked Burn - Lol...this is the only book on your tbr that's been there over 6 months.

4. M&M's: The Mane Event - This is one of my favorite series. Sexy and so funny!

5. Skittles: I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier - M/M is one of my favorite genres and this book is one of my favorites in general! If you've ever considered trying out some m/m, this is the book to start with!

6. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups: Devil's Bride - If you're going to read Stephanie Laurens, this is the one to read. She's become so prolific and her books keep going down in quality, but this was one of the first and in my opinion one of the best.

8. Laffy Taffy: The Mane Event and I'll Be Your Drill, Soldier both qualify for this category as well, just so you know. I LOVE humor with my romance and I've heard great things about Wallbanger. I haven't been fortunate enough to read this one myself yet, but it's high on my list!

6. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups: The Look of Love - the first book in a series I love by Bella Andre, or Do Over - a short, wonderful story of a couple rediscovering their love and passion after 25 years of marriage.

7. Twix: Down London Road, Fire Inside, or The Forever of Ella and Micha - the easiest category ever, three choices that fit, right off your on-deck shelf! :D

8. Laffy Taffy: Simply Irresistible - I'm a huge Jill Shalvis fan, and can't believe you haven't read anything of hers before this, or Driving Mr. Dead - Molly Harper is always good for some fun.

2. Ghirardelli Chocolate: Recommend a book with an intense story your partner can really sink their teeth into and savor OR an emotional story where they’ll need some comfort chocolate when they’re finished.

Kiss an Angel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips - book to sink your teeth into. One of my favourites and a very emotional read.
Seduced in the Dark by C.J. Roberts - you enjoyed the first book and it seems to fit the category.

Down London Road by Samantha Young - It's the group buddy read for June. You had two editions of this book shelved and one was listed as read without a read date. I thought you might have mistakenly shelved it as read but if it wasn't let me know and i'll repick for you.
Vision of Heat by Nalini Singh - my favourite paranormal series by a great author. You've read the first book in the series and enjoyed it so you might want to continue with book 2.




8. Laffy Taffy: Recommend a book that you think is humorous OR a book with little angst, just a light and easy read.

Something About You by Julie James - I absolutely love anything written by Julie James and her books always have great humor in them.
