Please could you check if my post 1508 has been missed - the readerboard is updated to the midpoint of post 1522 but my total hasn't changed. I can't see a post in this thread with a problem.

Thanks so much for all the work you guys do to make this challenge so much fun.

I followed these instructions when I first posted and it didn't work which is why I asked for more instructions. I'll move this book to another task and skip this one. It's not worth spending any more time on it. Maybe it's the browser?

If you are claiming a Big Book ticket and you read an ebook or an audiobook, you must include a link to the paper edition used to establish length as well as a link to the edition you actually read. Please see the Posting Requirements.

All posts must include links to the books included.

If you are trying to edit your former post, you can't just copy and paste it - that will not preserve the links.

What you need to do is go to the old post, click on "edit" at the bottom of the post. Then copy what's in the edit screen. You can then paste that into a new post, and do whatever additional editing you need to do, and you will preserve the formatting, including links.

The number of a book in a series is determined by the GR info in parentheses, with the name of the series. The Walking Dead, Vol. 03: Safety Behind Bars won't work for task 5.9, because it's #13-18 in the Walking Dead series - " (The Walking Dead #13-18). "

MEGSCL post 1880

Books with the genre sequential art, comics, etc., cannot be used for tasks higher than 15 pointers, unless specifically allowed in the task itself. Comics are not allowed for task 20.4, so your reshuffling will not work.

Since this appears to be central to your reshuffling, I haven't recorded anything in this post.

When you do finish rearranging, PLEASE be explicit in your post, noting what books are being moved from which tasks - this makes it much easier to sort out the changes.

Sorry, I thought I had posted the cover--I was sure I saw it when I checked after posting. This season has been jinxed for my posts.
To say nothing of all the tasks I would be poised to post, only to re-read and find out a book didn't really fit. Keeping my fingers crossed for next season.

For task 15.6, the task states that " Plurals, possessives, and compound words containing the word "fire" may be used, as long as the meaning of "fire" is preserved"

Unfortunately, "firewall" does not have anything to do with a "fire" - the GR description of the book makes it clear that this has nothing to do with fires, but rather with computers.
