I don't actually consider a dog to be "someone" - I'll change the task to make it clear that it's a person.

Camilla | 501 comments How is "wearing" defined? I'm thinking about Ross Kemp on Afghanistan by Ross Kemp , where the guy has sunglasses on his head, but they don't cover his eyes.

Bea My choice: Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye (Psychic Eye Mystery, #1) by Victoria Laurie

Only half of the face/glasses show, so will that count?

Christine (inhalesbookslikepopcorn) | 88 comments would this work ? The Flying Circus by Susan Crandall or this A Window Opens by Elisabeth Egan

no, the person needs to be wearing them in the usual sense, on the eyes.

as long as there's enough showing so that it's clear, without any interpretation or guess-work. This one works.

yes, they're close to the eyes/nose.

message 18: by Camilla (new)

Can you see the Inspector's glasses on the tip of his nose ... he's peaking around the hearse, and it seems he is adjusting them.

Some of the other books in this series show his glasses a little more clearly ... and they are always mentioned in the books (Mrs Jeffries frequently uses them as an excuse to show up at murder scenes - "I brought your glasses")

I went to Amazon so that I could really enlarge the picture, and he's clearly wearing glasses. Please indicate in your task post that it's been approved in this thread, so that Dlmrose doesn't have to revisit this!

Thanks, Sandy ... but I think I am going to read one of the earlier books instead ...
Mrs. Jeffries Takes Stock (Mrs. Jeffries, #4) by Emily Brightwell or Mrs. Jeffries Takes the Stage (Mrs. Jeffries, #10) by Emily Brightwell

He's more prominent in both these covers and it's easier to see his glasses!
