A favorite book from the '90s. If I remember right, it was dedicated to Ray Bradbury and to me read rather like a Bradbury novel written for women instead of boys. I should reread it.
Currently reading stories from In a Glass Darkly.

Don’t Look Now & Other Stories by Daphne du Maurier, and The Greatest Ghosts & Horror Stories Ever Written vol. 2.
Four of the books are group reads. The rest are just for the love of it. 😎

Currently
Groupies and other electric ladies by Baron Wolman,
Troublemaker by Joseph Hansen (a Dave Brandstetter mystery) & finally Vintage Blake : Poems Selected by Patti Smith.
I keep thinking I should read more horror since this is the horror group...

I slide between horror, sci-fi, and cozy mysteries all throughout the year. No shame there!

My favourite book of all time!!"
I have had it on my 'Classics' to be read for a while. Maybe it was you that helped move it up the list. I saw a post thread about the longest book you ever read, and it was someone's favorite book. Seemed like a good reason to pick it up!

OMG The Fisherman is sooo good! I hope you love it!
I'm reading a crime novel, the second in a series by Paul Tremblay:

Loved this one. :)
There is a sequel supposedly coming out this fall but it's been delayed time and again, so who knows?

I swear it's like the author picked up Thornfield Hall and dropped it in Mexico!

It's a crazy story, lol. Still early into it. I'd definitely read the sequel if it was ever released.

I'm also reading

After bad luck with a couple books, I'm back on a reading roll.
I am reading The Necromancer's House by Christopher Buehlman . Loving it! So glad to be reading another one of his books, he is an incredible author.
Also reading The Abominable by Dan Simmons . Really enjoying this one too :)

Buehlman is so great! This is only my second book that I have read from him, but I’m already trying to decide which one of his to do next. No wrong answers! Really looking forward to Blacktongue Thief, your review was great.
Hope you’re enjoying the Murderbot series, I need to start those soon :)
