I had two records of the same book of mine merged and all of my previous reviews disappeared. One edition had two ratings and one review, while the other edition (the one with reviews that are still missing) had about twelve.

I was told that it would take up to two days for them to reappear. However, it's been about four days and the old reviews still haven't appeared. New ones are, but the old ones are gone.

Should I continue to wait, or is this an issue on the back end? Thanks!

Bistra Stoimenova (bistrastoimenova) | 1 comments Hey everyone, I think the same thing happened to me when I uploaded (like 15 mins ago) the audiobook version of my new book. Original book had 6 ratings and 4 reviews (not much, I know, but it's very new) and now it shows 0 reviews (*cries in author) and those were nice. I know it's not much and I read in this same topic I should wait for 2 days, but that has never happened before and I am kinda freaking out.

Primary edition should be the paperback one. This one - it also had the reviews:
