When I have asked to have books removed, I have been told that there are too many and I am the default author for my name and need to have this changed. But when I requested it, nothing happened. Could someone please help? Unsure how to fix this.

#7 (Anna) I started to move these, but there appear to be a lot of different authors - & you are on the default profile. Since your name is reasonably common, this will just keep happening.

Please contact Support (staff) & ask them to move you & your books to a clean profile. Make sure you tell them which books are yours.

I tried with the second book, but even it is has a "public" status, it appears as not meeting the catalogue standards...you may have to contact support about that.

We do not keep separate profiles depending on your role. However, those books are not ones on which we would list an editor at all, so I have removed them.
