So far, about as good as I remembered it. I missed the steady clip of a Dan Brown thriller. But, I’m an audiobook guy now, whereas I read this one as a paperback many years ago. The narration annoys me with breathing (inhaling & exhaling) and pauses where there are open mouth noises that creep me out. The narrator otherwise does fairly good, but those noises are hard for me to tune out.
OK, finished my reread. Yes, ... it was fairly solid, ... my memory had not failed me. It does rank where I thought it should ... higher than many other technothrillers.
My review: /review/show...
Don't agree with my ranking? Have at it. Rank it as you will. I'd appreciate more folks weighing in on the book list rankings.
