Dangerous Heroes Spell It Out Challenge

Hmm. Try to use the book title, but if you must, you can use the author's last name. How does that sound?

Good luck on your writing projects, LaVerne. We'll have more challenges in the future, so hopefully you'll be able to join then.
If I participate, it'll probably be after June 1st. I might just catch the next challenge. I'll be busy with the other challenge and writing.
Danielle "The Book Huntress" wrote: "Okay. That's when it starts, so you're good, Arch."
Okay Danielle, but if I do it, I'll probably want start until the end of June. I have to finish Trespassing and at least read two more books to the other challenge.

G ~ A Gentle Rain by Deborah Smith
E ~ Elizabeth's Wolf (Breeds, #4) by Lora Leigh
R ~ Red Hot Fury by Kasey MacKenzie
O ~ Open Season by Linda Howard
U ~ Undead and Unfinished by MaryJanice Davidson
S ~ Sizzling Sixteen by Janet Evanovich

Dang, Darcy! You are awesome! The good news is you can use the author's last name if you really get stumped.
Arch, start whenever you can. That's why I like having months to do the challenge.

Darcy, if you read Suzanne Brockmann's books. Just read Gone Too Far again. That can be your G book.

I may change then.
Arch wrote "Darcy, if you read Suzanne Brockmann's books. Just read Gone Too Far again. That can be your G book.
I thought about that one, but I don't read her (yet) and that is book #6, so I would have to read 1-5 first (because I can't read out of order) and I didn't want to commit if I couldn't get to it. But thanks!
I was surprised how easy "E" was, I could have done 4 or 5 E's.

Wow! Nice work!!!

Darcy,
If you don't have a book that starts with a G, then use an author with the last name that starts with a G.

D - Dance With The Devil - Sherrilyn Kenyon
A - A Hunger Like No Other - Kresley Cole
N - No Rest For the Wicked - Kresley Cole
G - Gentlemen Prefer Succubi - Jill Myles
E - Eternal - VK Forrest
R - Remember Me- Trista Ann Michaels
O - One Foot In The Grave - Jeaniene Frost
U - Unleashed - York/Kearney/Whiteside/Monroe
S - Surrender - Lora Leigh

No problem, if anyone needs "E" let me know.

That one isn't so bad, all you would have to do is undead and you will get lots of options in your search. Or try any other "U" word. That is what I did with G was try to think of words that began with G and then searched them.

Good idea, Darcy. I was just thinking more of the non-PNR people. Actually, I think there are quite a few books that have titles that start with 'U'.

No, it has to be from the first word of the title. For instance:
D=Dance With the Devil, not Embraced by Darkness.
Does that make sense?
D=Dance With the Devil, not Embraced by Darkness.
Does that make sense?

This looks like fun.. But gonna have to pass till the next one.. Was gonna see if I could work it in with my own personal challenge but just not seeing it.
Okay, these are the books so far that I'm thinking about doing for Dangerous. Some alphabets I can't fill right now.

Lynn, I like your idea, but it has to be DANGEROUS or I LOVE BAD BOYS spelled out.
Does that make sense?
Does that make sense?
Even though I LOVE BAD BOYS is longer, it might be easier. And you'd only have to read 3 books a month to finish it.

Has to come from the first word of the title? And you mentioned something about the Author's name?

Objective: Participants can choose books to read that spell out the words DANGEROUS or I LOVE BAD BOYS, and are thematically related to this group (ie. Bad boy/dangerous heroes).
For example: B=Born of Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon (hero is an assassin).
If you are interested, please sign up when you get a chance. However, you can't start until June 1st. If you start reading the book after June 1st, overlap is allowed with the Prove Your Love for the Bad Boys Challenge. The books can be rereads. A maximum of three non-romance novels are allowed.
Edited to add: It's preferable to use the first word of the Book title as a letter, but if you must, you can use the author's last name.
