Made in Japan - Deep Purple
Double Album £2.99"
Probably one of the best live albums made. Followed by Santana Lotus IMO.

even while listening to it i can't wait to play it again

I've really come to appreciate Alex Harvey ove the years.

I played some beefheart last night. I think my tastes have changed :)
Love your cat by the way. I must try and get a flattering photo of Dotty.

Always going to get my attention with BBD Simon.

I do agree, his range as well as his quality is quite extraordinary. Many saw this at the start of his career with Watching the Detectives and the album that followed. Alas, I confess that I was not one of them. However, I have caught on now. Better late than never.

Donovan... Barbajagal
Neil Young... It's a dream
Bob Dylan... It's all over baby blue
i soo love random play...

Nice choice though.
I remember once driving across country and listening to the Joshua Tree by U2. For those who don't know it, the last track is quite quiet then fades gently out. The next album was Slipknot, probably one of the loudest thrash metal bands. The change was so sudden I nearly went off the road with shock!

It seems like our iPods have similar thoughts - it's playing The Penthouse Tapes ... SAHB. Great transistors think alike.

If your interested my sister and I write our own songs and post them on youtube under the name gentian!

At last we have agreement Geoff. Saw Elvis on the 1st Stiffs tour so luckily I was one of those in at the start - great memories...not only EC but Ian Dury, Nick Lowe and Wreckless Eric

I read that as 'it's good to be green'
I thought," hey cool! Kermit's song"!

If you can afford to wait for the money, that is...

...Oh, is that just me? Sorry didn't mean to rub it in.

"We're all going to shoot Cliff Richard for the holiday. It might take a week or two." - Summer holiday tune.

The Stranglers did a fine version of Walk on By"
As did The Average White Band

I have this overwhelming desire to read a Dan Brown book.
