going thru the tumultuous ride of every emotion ever invented and i fear this book is getting lost in the noise. so far seems like something i would adore; a sort of mix of philosophizing girlhood in an intellectual manner (i.e. batuman’s the idiot) and the throw-caution-to-wind-i-am-a-woman vibe in broder’s & july’s writing. will be coming back to this soon, just need something else rn
