I’m reading this very slowly bc I’m trying to translate as many parts as I can that sound confusing to me or where the English is a little too challenging. This book has so much depth put into it it’s seriously insane guys like I’m learning so much??? How did I not know these things were done?? Why did they not teach us this?

To anyone who has read this, could you explain the magic system in here without spoiling? Like do the silver bars contain magic? I remember that it got explained at some point but I don’t remember exactly. Is it like that anything that’s written on the bar happens but only a number of people have the power for it ?? I’m so confused 😭😭

Syrena it’s soooo good like unbelievably good, bc it’s genuinely so interesting to read the different conversations and the message the author is trying to portray in so many ways and scenes. I’m also learning so many things what’s showing once again that the author has done her research before writing this. There is a lot of talk about misinterpretation, the power of translation, the power of books (how a book is able to spread stereotypes so easily and have them nestle themself in people their minds) and so much more. It’s definitely different from what I normally read, but it’s very good 🥹🥹 the first 50 pages was really a “I have to get into this� but after that it just gets better and better.
